Mid Ulster League Final
Madden travelled to Ballygalgot on Sunday 27th july to play in the final of the Mid Ulster League. The girls got of to a great start and scored 2 2 without answer, however Ballygalgot soon got into the swing of things and started to fight back. The weather took a turn for the worse and with heavy rain the the girls found the conditions difficult. At half time the score was level 3. 3 each and both teams had all to fight for. Weather conditions didn't improve and madden found scores hard to come by. The second half saw Madden with most of the posession but they failed to make use of a lot of these chances, and Ballygalgot made use of any chances they got. The final score was Madden 3. 6, Ballygalgot 4. 5.
